Family Therapy Center of Madison, Inc. (FTCM) is a lively group of well-respected independent contractors, including psychiatrists, therapists (LCSW, LPC and LMFT) and psychologists.

If you are a mental health clinician who is licensed in Wisconsin (or soon will be) and who wishes to practice as an independent contractor, rather than as an employee, we welcome the opportunity to speak with you about whether FTCM may be the right fit for your practice.

Ideal candidates are those seeking to build robust private practices while collaborating with supportive colleagues on both clinical and business issues.  FTCM has a unique structure in that all the independent contractors may participate in the running of our business and each has an equal vote.
